JOWAI:

The Rotary Club of Jowai is proud to recognize and felicitate two exceptional government-aided school teachers with the National Builders Award (NBA) for their remarkable contributions to enhancing the quality of education.

The Rotary India Literacy Mission (RILM) introduced the NBA in India on September 1st, 2016, to acknowledge the vital role teachers play in shaping future generations and building a strong nation.

This year, our club has carefully selected two deserving teachers, Sir AGATE C Chullai from QC Springside Higher Secondary School, Jowai, and Sir Dominic Phawa from Marian Hills Higher Secondary School, Jowai, based on evaluations submitted by their colleagues and students.

The award, presented at the club level, recognizes outstanding teachers after a thorough evaluation process. The winners’ names will be recognized throughout Rotary District 3240.

Assistant Governor Rtn. Pradeep G. Pillai, representing Zone 13 of RID 3240, was Chief Guest to felicitate the awardees.

The success of this event is attributed to the tireless efforts of our Literacy Chair, Chartered President, Vice President, Secretary, and club members. We extend our gratitude to all contributors and congratulations to the awardees.
